90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We will refund or replace any order that:

  • Does not arrive within the estimated delivery window
  • Arrives damaged, defective or in unsatisfactory condition
  • Differs materially from the description, images or specifications on the product page

Non-Delivery

In the rare event that tracking indicates “delivered” but the parcel has not reached you, please take the following steps:

  1. Contact the carrier within 24 hours to file an investigation claim.
  2. Email us at swissreplica033@gmail.com no later than 90 calendar days after the stated delivery date with your order number and the carrier’s claim reference.
  3. Once the carrier confirms the loss, we will refund the full purchase price including any original shipping charges.

Damaged, Defective or Misdescribed Items

If your bag arrives with any visible damage, manufacturing defect or does not match its product listing, open a return ticket within 90 days of delivery. Upon review, we will:

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
  • Ship an immediate replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

The choice is entirely yours. For items with clear, documented damage, a return may not be required — simply send photographs and we will resolve the matter directly.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We understand that online purchases do not always meet expectations in person. You may return any bag for any reason within 90 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is in unused, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • All original packaging, dust bag and accessories are included
  • The return is shipped via a carrier that provides a tracking number

Please note: the package remains your responsibility until it arrives at our facility. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your protection. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items with damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accident or unauthorised alteration
  • Items returned without a valid Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
  • Packages seized by customs authorities without official documentation provided to us

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple:

  1. Email swissreplica033@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Our team will respond within 12 hours with your RMA number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label (for defective items) or a tracked courier of your choice (for change-of-mind returns).
  4. Receive your refund or replacement once the return is processed.
